There were too many issues for me to rate this anything higher than 1. First, the order was delivered a day late, and the seller was unresponsive during the agreed delivery time. Second, I requested specific customization on my order which was agreed upon, but it was not followed as expected. Lastly, the after-sales customer service was disappointing — they did not respond to my messages on Facebook Messenger, not like when they talk to me prior the order. I’m surely deserve a refund!
