2. Return & Exchange Process
We are happy to replace your order if the flowers or items delivered fall below our quality standards. Here’s what you need to know:

- Flowers arrived wilted or damaged.
- Incorrect items or arrangements were delivered.
- Missing items from the order.

- The issue must be reported within acceptance of the order.
- Photos and order details must be provided for verification.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be processed under the following conditions:
- For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method or GCash. Processing time will depend on your bank’s terms and conditions.
- Refunds will be based on the price of the affected item(s).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot process refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

- If the recipient is unavailable after three (3) delivery attempts, the order will be considered fulfilled.
- We may require an alternative delivery address; otherwise, the items will be marked as delivered.
