Delivery Information
We are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, certain circumstances may affect the success of a delivery.
Delivery Time and Efforts
- We strive to deliver all orders within the requested time frame. Please note that delivery schedules may vary depending on location, traffic, and other factors.
- Orders placed after our cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.
Delivery Conditions
Bong’s Flower Shop will not be held responsible for late or non-deliveries in the following circumstances:
Recipient is Unavailable
The recipient is not present at the delivery address during the requested delivery hours.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The address provided during checkout is incomplete, invalid, or incorrect.
No Such Person Exists
The delivery location does not have a person matching the recipient’s name.
Lack of Contact Information
No valid contact number was provided, making it difficult for us to coordinate or confirm delivery details with the recipient.
Alternative Delivery Options
In case the recipient is unavailable:
- Our delivery partner may leave the order with authorized personnel (e.g., concierge, security, or guard station) and notify the sender/recipient.
- For gated or restricted areas, the recipient will be contacted to pick up the order at a designated location.
Re-Delivery Attempts
If the delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, we may arrange for a re-delivery. Additional fees may apply depending on the situation and location.
