    • Our delivery partner will call the recipient to arrange pickup at the lobby, guard station, or concierge.
    • If the recipient is unavailable, we will leave the package with authorized personnel and notify the sender or recipient.

  • During checkout, you can include a personalized message to be printed on a card and sent with your floral arrangement.
  • Please ensure that your message is accurate, as it will be delivered as provided.

 

4. Flower Substitutions

  • Bong’s Flower Shop is committed to delivering the freshest and highest-quality flowers for every arrangement. However, in cases of unavailability due to seasonality or supply issues, we reserve the right to substitute certain blooms.
  • Any substitution will be made with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall theme, color scheme, and quality of the arrangement.

  • Wrapping materials, ribbons, and designs may vary depending on availability.
  • We ensure that all substitutions match the theme and quality of the original packaging design. Any changes will not compromise the aesthetic value of your bouquet or gift.

 

6. Return and Exchange Policy

We guarantee customer satisfaction! If you are not fully satisfied with the freshness or condition of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Photos of the item delivered.
  • Order details (order number and recipient name).
